MAURICE B. PILOSOF focuses
on trademarks, copyrights, intellectual property transactions and music licensing.
Mr. Pilosof has extensive experience in trademark prosecution in both domestic and international trademarks, as well as trademark licensing and distribution agreements and transactions. He also has extensive experience in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings in collaboration with associates throughout the world, and was involved in establishing international locations for retail and restaurant brands.
He has been involved in trademark trials in Federal District Courts around the United States, and has argued before the Circuit Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He was also formerly the general counsel for George V. Restoration in Paris.
Mr. Pilosof holds dual Bachelor's Degrees in History and Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles, and a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law. Mr. Pilosof is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth and Federal Circuits.
